Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to support its global Executive Protection program.

This role will translate strategy into repeatable execution, coordinating protective services for C-suite and Board activities, including travel, meetings, and events. You will partner with Executive Protection, executive assistants, and external providers while handling highly sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Ideally five or more years of experience in Executive Protection, corporate security, global security, protective operations, intelligence, emergency management, or related field.
• Experience coordinating complex, high-stakes projects with multiple internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience supporting executive travel, security logistics, protective advances, or related operations.
• Vendor-management including contract administration, invoicing, and KPIs.
• Experience developing operational processes, security plans, training, audits, or QA practices.
• Strong technology proficiency across Microsoft Office, AI tools, and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate protective services for C-suite and Board travel, meetings, and events.
• Develop standardized processes, protocols, tools, and workflows for travel planning and protective operations.
• Onboard and coordinate security providers, establish KPIs and accountability.
• Serve as the operational conduit among Executive Protection, executive teams, and external partners.
• Analyze issues and implement improvements to increase reliability and scalability of protection services.
• Develop and maintain security plans, emergency procedures, and reporting.
