Cummins Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager to centralize operational and program-management support for the global Executive Protection program. This role will translate direction into repeatable execution, coordinating protective services for C-suite and Board travel, meetings, and events.

Qualifications

• Ideally five or more years in Executive Protection, corporate security, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating complex, time-sensitive projects with multiple stakeholders and providers.
• Experience supporting executive travel and security logistics for domestic and international activities.
• Vendor-management experience including contracts, invoicing, and KPIs.
• Experience developing operational processes, security plans, and audits.
• Strong technology proficiency including Microsoft Office, security systems, and mapping apps.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate protective services for C-suite and Board travel, meetings, and events.
• Develop scalable processes, tools, and workflows for planning, operations, budgeting, invoicing, and reporting.
• Identify, onboard, and manage security providers with clear KPIs and service expectations.
• Serve as the operational conduit among Executive Protection, executive assistants, and internal/external partners.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement improvements for reliability and scalability.
• Develop security plans, response procedures, training, audits, and reporting to support risk-informed execution.
