RTX is seeking an Executive Protection professional to partner with senior leadership on security and personal protection. The role involves travel coordination, route planning, and liaison with law enforcement to safeguard executives. Domestic and international travel may be required.

The ideal candidate has extensive security operations experience, LEOSA/TSA ASO readiness, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. Onsite work at our US locations is expected.

Qualifications

• University degree required with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degree in related field plus 5+ years experience or 12 years without a degree.
• LEOSA and TSA ASO certifications preferred or required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate travel itineraries with the principal's EP team and executive assistants.
• Plan routes in advance for local venues and coordinate with drivers.
• Support flights and ground security as needed at major airports.
• Liaise with management, industry reps, customers, and law enforcement on executive protection matters.
• Develop comprehensive physical security plans and assess risks to protect leadership.
