AAA Auto Club Enterprises seeks an experienced Executive Protection Lead to coordinate and execute protective operations for executives and families. You will conduct threat assessments, risk analyses, and investigations, coordinating with intelligence to mitigate risks.

You will develop and enforce EP SOPs, oversee personnel, and lead advance work, route analysis, and drills. Travel domestically and provide close protection at events, ensuring safe transportation and discretion at all times.

Qualificações

• Experience protecting C-suite or senior executives.
• Demonstrates discretion and professionalism near executives and confidential information.
• Ability to perform safe firearms handling and shooting proficiency.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely in varied conditions.
• Experience conducting protective advances and operational planning.
• Proficiency in OSINT methodologies and tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate protective operations for executives and families.
• Conduct threat assessments, risk analyses, and investigations; coordinate with intelligence.
• Develop and enforce EP SOPs and protocols; oversee EP personnel.
• Direct advance work including venue assessments and route analysis.
• Review incident reports and security logs; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead drills and scenario-based exercises; update procedures after-action.
• Provide close protection at venues, events, and off-site assignments.
• Drive principals to locations; oversee safe transportation.
• Travel domestically with principals by air or ground.
• Respond to threats or emergencies using defensive tactics as needed.
• Maintain protective equipment and communication devices.
