Pinkerton Consulting & Investigations, Inc. is seeking an Executive Security Agent assigned to a specific client to safeguard the safety, confidentiality, and reputation of senior executives at the client’s corporate headquarters.

The role requires discretion, professionalism, and strategic thinking; you'll protect high-profile leaders and maintain secure operations. The position follows a Mon - Fri 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm schedule with duties including access control, incident response, reports, and

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; degree preferred.
• Executive protection training preferred.
• Knowledge of executive access control and crisis management.
• Sound judgement and discretion.
• Ability to operate in high-pressure environments.
• Effective at interacting across cultures and levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Provide concierge-level security at the client's headquarters for the C-Suite.
• Manage and oversee access control for executive areas; ensure only authorized entry.
• Respond swiftly to security breaches or incidents to minimize disruption.
• Deescalate tense situations and individuals as they arise.
• Write detailed incident reports after incidents or variances.
• Secure communication channels to protect sensitive information.
• Identify and escalate equipment deficiencies and failures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
