Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking an Underwriting Specialist OR Executive Underwriter, Large Property, to join the National Accounts Large Property Underwriting team. The role can be based in San Francisco or Seattle with hybrid work, and in-office presence three days per week.

You will analyze and underwrite business, leverage The Zurich Way of Underwriting, and focus on strong sales execution with brokers and agents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and relevant underwriting experience or equivalent.
• Experience in market-facing roles and knowledge of commercial property policies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and underwrite new and renewal business under delegation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with agents and brokers in support of growth.
• Proactively seek renewal and new account opportunities and coordinate with distributors.
