Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience may be substituted.
• Hands-on mechanical or maintenance experience required.
• 3+ years property maintenance experience required.
• 3+ years construction/landscaping project management required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work evenings/weekends for safety updates.
• 10 consecutive days on-call rotation.
• Comfort around large dogs.
• Valid driving record and automobile insurance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks (snow removal, car washing, property upkeep).
• Ability to interact with executives.
• Knowledge of mechanical/maintenance best practices.
• Strong project management skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, collaborative, and technical strengths.
• Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Team player with initiative and independent work ability.
• Basic Microsoft Office/Outlook skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain properties and vehicles with general maintenance.
• Supervise vendors on site; no unsupervised access.
• Perform vehicle reconditioning as needed.
• Manage properties owned or leased by company/executives.
• Identify gaps and mechanical needs; mitigate issues.
• Provide driving service to an executive when required.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to streamline projects.
• Oversee contractors and resources on the property.
• Attend company events and assist as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
