Carrington Mortgage Holdings seeks a Property Maintenance Technician in Greenwich, CT to maintain executive properties and company vehicles, supervise vendors, and manage related projects. The role requires hands-on maintenance, vendor oversight, and strong organizational skills to ensure compliance with policies and laws.

The position offers a target pay of $85,000–$95,000 plus an annual bonus, with travel up to 50% and on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; equivalent work experience may be substituted.
• 3+ years’ experience in property maintenance.
• 3+ years’ experience in construction or landscaping project management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain company and executive owned properties with general maintenance (snow removal, air filter changes, wash vehicles, etc.).
• Personally supervise vendors and ensure they do not access property unsupervised.
• Perform reconditioning services on vehicles as needed.
• Manage properties owned or leased by the company and executives.
• Identify property management gaps and mechanical needs and address them.
• Provide driving services to an executive as needed.
• Streamline projects by communicating with key stakeholders to prevent delays.
• Oversee contractors and work resources on property maintenance.
• Attend company events and assist as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
