Job summary

LOBA GROUP is seeking an Executive Project Manager to oversee multiple large-scale healthcare construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The role requires strategic leadership from preconstruction through handover, focusing on programme delivery, commercial performance and safety.

You will mentor Project Managers and operations teams, manage client relationships, and drive best practices across design-build and CMAR environments.

Qualifications

  • 10–15+ years' experience delivering large-scale MEP or building services construction projects.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering healthcare projects, including hospitals, medical facilities or specialist healthcare environments.
  • Proven ability to manage projects valued in excess of $50 million.
  • Strong commercial awareness with responsibility for project financial performance.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Experience working within collaborative project delivery environments, including Design Build and CMAR.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Support contract negotiations, change management and strategic commercial decisions.
  • Develop future leaders within the business through mentoring and coaching.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to support continued business growth.

Executive Project Manager| Dallas–Fort Worth | $160,000 – $180,000 + Bonus + Benefits

The Opportunity

Our client is a privately owned, nationally recognised MEP contractor with an exceptional track record of delivering technically complex construction projects across the United States. Following a number of significant project awards, they are looking to appoint an Executive Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple large-scale healthcare developments throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth region.

This is an executive leadership opportunity within a highly respected business that has experienced sustained growth over the past decade. Working alongside senior operational leadership, you will provide strategic direction across several major projects, ensuring operational excellence, commercial performance and outstanding client delivery from preconstruction through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
