Job summary

Mullins Mechanical invites an experienced Project Executive to lead and guide construction projects from inception to completion. You will mentor Senior Project Managers, oversee high-profile programs, and develop strong client relationships while ensuring profitability and adherence to schedules.

Based on project needs, you will be assigned to locations across project sites, coordinating with teams to deliver safe, high-quality results for industrial facilities and large-scale commercial

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Industrial Construction with large-scale project experience.
• Experience managing projects $75MM+ in value.
• Certification such as SPMP, PMP, CCM or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers.
• Oversee high-profile and complex projects with minimal executive oversight.
• Collaborate to allocate resources to meet schedules.
• Attend project hand-off meetings for crucial information.
• Review and approve project budgets, SVs, schedules, and invoices.
• Actively manage schedules, budgets, and profitability.
• Approve high-value subcontracts and purchase orders; negotiate terms.
• Review and approve monthly project billing.
• Oversee scope changes, delay notices, and risk management.
• Participate in hiring and annual reviews; ensure safety and quality.
