Mullins Mechanical is seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead and guide construction projects from inception to completion, emphasizing profitability, client relationships, and team leadership across Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers. This role covers project setup to closeout, forecasting, change management, and schedule control.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in managing large, complex construction projects.
• Experience mentoring Senior PMs and Project Managers to project success.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling and cost control abilities.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and guide Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers
• Oversee high-profile and complex projects with minimal executive oversight
• Collaborate with team leaders to allocate resources to meet schedules
• Attend project hand-off meetings for crucial information
• Review and approve Schedule of Values and owner billing
• Actively manage schedules, budgets, and profitability
• Approve high-value subcontracts and purchase orders, including negotiations
• Review monthly project billing and invoices
• Oversee pricing, negotiations, and scope-change approvals
• Participate in hiring and recruiting project management and field personnel
• Conduct annual performance reviews
• Ensure project safety, quality, and productivity
