Discovery Behavioral Health is seeking an Executive Director to supervise the treatment program and mentor additional Program Directors/Administrators across multiple sites in Fairfax, VA. This full-time role reports to the home office and requires leadership of 3–6 RTC and OP programs, budget awareness, and strong operational oversight.

Qualifications

• Three years of management experience.
• Master's degree or higher.
• Two years of mental health experience in residential or hospital settings.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsabilités

• Oversee quality across 3–6 programs and drive improvements.
• Lead weekly treatment team meetings at each location.
• Coordinate referrals and continuity of care from admission to discharge.
• Facilitate patient transfers and clinical outreach as needed.
• Manage timekeeping, payroll communications, and environment of care issues.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and HIPAA policies.
• Oversee facility maintenance and equipment including vehicles.
