Pipeworks is seeking an Executive Producer to lead the successful delivery of one or more development game projects. You will provide executive leadership across production, staffing, budgeting, and client relationships, balancing studio goals with delivery excellence.
Reporting to Studio Leadership, you will own project performance, mentor senior producers, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget releases across console, PC, and live-service titles.

The Executive Producer (EP) is accountable for the successful execution and delivery of one or more full-development game projects. This role provides executive leadership across production, staffing, financial performance, client relationships, and delivery execution. Working closely with Studio Leadership and Discipline Directors, the EP ensures projects meet quality expectations while remaining on schedule and within budget. The EP serves as the senior operational leader for the engagement, balancing client goals, business objectives, team health, and delivery excellence.
