MAS Event and Design LLC is looking for an Executive Producer who will bring programs and events to life from concept through production. This role requires extensive client and project leadership, collaborating with creatives to achieve objectives and managing a team of producers and coordinators.
The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of experience in event production, strong budget management skills, and a passion for creative innovativeness. This position is remote with onsite travel requirements.

An Executive Producer who brings the company's programs and events to life, from concept through production and final delivery to the client. Client and project leadership are central to this role, which drives both the work and the process forward.
This role works collaboratively with Creative and Accounts leads to set the tone for each program, achieve team objectives and financial targets, and elevate the standard of work across MAS.
On a project-by-project basis, this role will manage freelance and full-time Producers and Coordinators, and oversee and mentor junior team members assigned to the team.
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting hourly rate for this role is between $70 - $125. Our salary ranges are based on third‑party national average market compensation analysis. The actual rate is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
