Primerica is seeking an Executive to lead Platform Engineering & Operations, driving modernization, automation, and secure cloud-native initiatives across the enterprise. You will steer DevSecOps, observability, and reliability engineering while partnering with architecture, data, and development teams to accelerate product delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Extensive experience in enterprise technology, cloud and platform engineering.
• Strong leadership, governance, and vendor management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for enterprise platform modernization through automation, IaC, and self-service capabilities.
• Lead platform engineering operations for cloud infrastructure, observability, DevSecOps, and legacy services.
• Drive workforce planning, talent development, and governance for vendors and MSPs.
• Establish observability standards and reliability practices across enterprise platforms.
• Collaborate across cloud, security, data, architecture, and application teams to align modernization efforts.
