Qualifications

• Progressive technology leadership experience leading engineering organizations through change, developing talent, and building high‑performing teams.
• Demonstrated success delivering enterprise technology platforms within insurance, financial services, or another highly regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of software engineering, application architecture, systems integration, and modern technology delivery practices.
• Experience partnering with business and product leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes through technology.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, influence stakeholders, and deliver results in a complex matrixed environment.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and executive relationship management skills.
• Demonstrated open‑mindedness, willingness to experiment, consistent curiosity, and desire to innovate using tools and capabilities such as AI to drive value.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with Agile product delivery models, cloud technologies, DevOps, and engineering modernization practices.
