Job summary

Medica is a nonprofit health plan serving Minnesota and neighboring states. The Enterprise Planning & Performance Leader acts as the primary execution and coordination partner to the VP, Office of the CEO, advancing priorities and delivering executive materials.

The role leads day-to-day delivery of strategic initiatives, maintains governance, and builds clear plans, dashboards, and reports to keep the VP informed and decisions on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, enterprise planning, performance management, operations, consulting, transformation, or complex program leadership.
• Advanced degree (preferred).
• Previous experience serving as a Chief of Staff (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and performance cycles for the VP, Office of the CEO.
• Prepare executive materials, CEO reports, and board deliverables.
• Lead day-to-day delivery of strategic initiatives and governance work.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and follow-through on decisions.
• Support enterprise operating model design and integration efforts.
