Monogram Health is looking for a Market Physician Executive (MPE) in Savannah, GA, who will lead innovative home care models for chronic patients. The MPE will oversee clinical strategies and ensure high-quality patient care through collaboration with a dedicated team of professionals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in renal care, excellent management skills, and an unrestricted medical license, helping to deliver exceptional health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state medical license required in each state within the market.
• Experience with NCQA, HEDIS, Medicaid, and quality improvement.
• Willingness to become licensed in multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee clinical strategies and operations to improve patient outcomes.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care, including diagnosis and treatment.
• Engage with patients and conduct peer-to-peer meetings with partners.

Skills

Evidence-based clinical criteria

Renal care experience

Strong management skills

Experience with Medicare Advantage

Education

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

BC or BE in ACGME-approved specialty
