Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Director, Engagement Partner to lead enterprise organizational effectiveness engagements. You will translate complex business challenges into actionable approaches, drive structured problem-solving, and ensure rigorous delivery with high-quality outputs.

You’ll partner with stakeholders across HR and business teams to support design, operating models, and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in organizational effectiveness, consulting, or HR transformation.
Strong analytical problem solving and structured delivery.
Experience supporting complex organizational design and operating model transformations.
Ability to navigate a matrixed, global organization with multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication skills with clear narratives.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end delivery of organizational effectiveness engagements, ensuring disciplined execution across workstreams.
Translate business challenges into structured workplans, hypotheses, and analytical approaches.
Develop deliverables that communicate insights, recommendations, and business implications.
Coordinate activities across stakeholders to drive timely execution.
Partner with HR and business leaders to embed OE practices into strategy and operations.
Contribute to OE playbooks and methodologies for continuous improvement.
