Dominique Ansel Bakery, a James Beard Award winning team, seeks an Executive Pastry Chef to manage daily bakery and restaurant operations, including team development and performance management to deliver world-class guest service.

The role requires leadership in production of pastries and viennoiserie, scheduling, maintaining quality and cleanliness, and coordinating with chefs on new items and events. Expect hands-on leadership and strategic oversight.
