Job summary

Four Seasons Los Cabos is seeking an Executive Pastry Chef to lead day-to-day pastry operations, including forecasting, scheduling, training, and staff supervision. The role requires fluency in Spanish and English and a strong background in F&B management within a luxury hotel environment.

You will oversee quality controls, food safety, and coordination with the Executive Chef and F&B leadership, while driving excellence in product quality and guest delight.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• College Degree or equivalent experience in F&B.
• Minimum 5 years management experience in pastry operations.
• Experience in Food & Beverage is desirable.
• Ability to work with hotel systems and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pastry operations including forecasting, scheduling, training.
• Ensure high quality and safety standards in bakery and pastry.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef, F&B Manager, and Restaurant Manager.
• Lead pastry staff and evaluate performance.
