Qualifications

• Leadership experience guiding staff and ministry teams.

• Experience coordinating cross-departmental operations and programming.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff culture and supervisory framework for ministry teams.
• Oversee operations, facilities, IT, communications and office management.
• Guide annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with accountability.
• Align staffing, budget, and programs with church priorities and growth goals.
• Attend weekly staff meetings and participate in discipleship and culture-building activities.
• Invest in personal spiritual development and encourage others in faith formation.
