A theological seminary is seeking an Executive Pastor to support and execute the mission of the church alongside the Lead Pastor. This role includes staff leadership, preaching, discipleship, and oversight of small groups. The position aims at developing future leaders within the congregation. Qualifications

• Meets biblical qualifications for an elder.
• Demonstrates spiritual maturity and a shepherd's heart.
• A clear testimony of faith in Jesus Christ.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Lead Pastor to carry out the mission of the church.
• Oversee small groups ministry and model discipleship.
• Provide leadership and oversight to church staff.
• Serve as primary substitute preacher for the Lead Pastor.
• Assist in shepherding the congregation through pastoral care.
