The Rock Church in Western New York is seeking an Executive Pastor who can translate vision into ministry reality while building healthy systems and teams. This role partners with the Lead Pastor to steward resources, develop staff, and align ministries with the church’s mission.

The ideal candidate will shepherd God’s people and lead organizational growth, overseeing operations, finances, and ministry development in a multi-generational church community.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mature Christian character and servant leadership.
• Clear calling to pastoral ministry; alignment with church doctrine.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
