Job summary

Lake Valley Community Church in Hot Springs, AR seeks an Executive Pastor of Ministries to lead and align all church ministries with the church’s mission. The role focuses on Discipleship and Next Generation ministries, preaching on Sundays, and pastoral leadership.

The Executive Pastor will develop a discipleship pathway, strengthen small groups, oversee Next Gen programs, grow Go Team outreach, and provide pastoral care as needed, reporting to the Lead Pastor.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee a clear, compelling discipleship pathway.
• Strengthen and expand the small groups ministry to foster spiritual maturity and hospitality.
• Provide strategic oversight and evaluation of Next Generation ministries, inspiring and leading change through Next Gen staff.
• Expand our community and global outreach through our Go Team.
• Preach on Sunday mornings (about 10 weeks per year).
• Provide pastoral care, leadership, and support as needed.
