Job summary

Qualifications

• Spiritual requirements: Elder qualifications per 1 Tim.3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relational skills.
• Highly organized with initiative while following leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Bible knowledge preferred.
• 3–5 years of leadership responsibility across multiple staff/departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of financial and operational resources.
• Lead staff across Finance, Facilities, Ministry Support, and HR.
• Implement strategic objectives and oversee executive projects.
• Oversee internal/external communication and calendared scheduling; ensure compliance.
• Manage policy updates in alignment with elders and Senior Pastor.
