Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership over financial operations, budgeting, accounting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead administrative functions including Finance, Facilities, Ministry Support, and Human Resources.
• Implement and oversee strategic objectives and ongoing ministries and tasks delegated by the Senior Pastor.
• Coordinate internal/external communications and maintain digital presence.
• Oversee staff morale, development, and special projects as assigned.
