About the role: Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) and Gartner Enterprise IT Leaders (EITL) are services within Gartner Executive Technology Services (ETS). They serve over 8,500 CIOs and senior IT leaders across 87 countries, providing knowledge and insight on Board and C-level challenges, service delivery, and fostering a large community of C-level IT executives.

The AI Executive Partner will act as a strategic adviser, requiring a visionary leader with a deep understanding of AI to enable organizational outcomes. If you are a Chief AI Officer, Chief Innovation Officer, or similar executive, this role offers the opportunity to impact multiple industries.

Responsibilities:

• Manage member relationships, providing advisory support to C-suite executives on AI.
• Create service solutions using Gartner's products based on client needs.
• Assess member priorities and develop tailored service plans.
• Conduct briefings, strategy sessions, and webinars, both virtually and on-site.
• Present at Gartner events and collaborate with Gartner’s sales team to ensure engagement and growth.
• Advise executives on AI strategic initiatives, implementation, and optimization.
• Provide AI training and mentorship to promote AI literacy and responsible practices.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years in consulting or CxO roles with extensive experience in AI and digital transformation.
• 7-10+ years leading enterprise-wide AI programs in large organizations.
• Deep knowledge of AI technologies, including Generative AI, and understanding of AI organizational structures and governance.
• Experience presenting to boards and CEOs is preferred.
• Industry experience in banking, healthcare, high tech, or related fields is welcome.
• Proven sales or business development experience with C-level executives.

Location: Remote. Salary range: $193,000 - $225,000 USD, plus bonuses and benefits.
