About the role: Gartner Executive Programs (ExP) and Gartner Enterprise IT Leaders (EITL) are services within Gartner Executive Technology Services (ETS). They serve as essential tools for digital leaders, providing exclusive, membership-based support to over 8,500 CIOs and senior IT leaders across 87 countries. Members, including Fortune 500 companies and governments, benefit from consolidated knowledge and insights focused on C-level challenges, service delivery, and the world's largest community of C-level IT executives, ensuring Gartner’s objectivity and independence.

Role overview: The AI Executive Partner will act as a strategic advisor and partner, leveraging deep AI expertise to enable organizational outcomes. Ideal candidates are Chief AI Officers, Chief Innovation Officers, Chief Strategy Officers, or Chief Product Officers aiming to influence multiple industries and market directions.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage a portfolio of member relationships, providing advisory support to C-suite executives on AI topics.
2. Create tailored service solutions utilizing ExP and EITL products.
3. Assess member priorities and develop customized AI service plans.
4. Conduct strategy sessions, research visits, roundtables, webinars, and presentations at Gartner events.
5. Collaborate with Gartner’s sales team to foster engagement, renewal, and growth.
6. Guide executives on AI strategy, implementation, and optimization.
7. Provide AI training and mentorship across organizations to promote AI literacy and responsible practices.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years in consulting or CxO roles with extensive experience in AI (including ML, NLP, Deep Learning, Robotics, etc.) and large-scale digital transformations.
• 7-10+ years managing enterprise-wide AI initiatives across multiple business units.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, market trends, including Generative AI.
• Familiarity with AI governance, organizational structures, and maturity models is a plus.
• Experience presenting to boards and CEOs preferred.
• Industry experience in banking, finance, manufacturing, healthcare, or high tech is welcome.
• Proven sales and business development skills at the executive level.

Location: Remote

Compensation: Estimated base salary $193,000 - $225,000, plus bonuses and incentives. Benefits include PTO, 401k match, stock options, and more.
