A leading international mining organisation is seeking an Executive Organisational Growth Leader to define and execute the people strategy underpinning one of Africa's most significant mining operations. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will lead the full employee lifecycle across a complex, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in HR/Organisational psychology or related field.
• MBA or equivalent executive qualification is advantageous.
• Minimum 15 years progressive HR/People Operations experience.
• 8+ years at executive/director level in large, complex organisations.
• Proven track record in organisational transformation and cultural change.
• Experience implementing and optimising HR technology and HRIS platforms.
• Significant workforce planning and organisational design experience.
• Experience leading multicultural workforces in mining/resources or similar industries.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive People Operations strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as strategic advisor to the Executive Committee on people, culture and workforce matters.
• Drive workforce effectiveness and culture transformation initiatives.
• Lead enterprise-wide organisational development and succession planning.
• Oversee HR tech, analytics and data driven decision making.
• Ensure compliant governance, risk management and reporting across functions.
• Manage budgets and drive cost optimisation and workforce productivity.
• Partner with leadership to deliver a world class employee experience.
