Job summary

Axle is a bioscience and information technology company providing translational research and data science services to NIH and healthcare partners. The Management Analyst will support the EO/DDSM and OSMM leadership by coordinating operations, budgeting, procurement, HR, travel, and reporting to ensure critical information and deadlines are met.

The role requires 5–7 years in a related field, a Master’s degree in a relevant area, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in related field.
• Related business consulting experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with management concepts, efficiency tools, and process engineering methodologies.
• Provides analysis and advisory services regarding management functions.
• Prepares management and administrative studies to analyze and improve efficiency.
• Reviews policy and regulation and produces reports on budget, procurement, HR, travel, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational support for the EO/Deputy Director for Science Management.
• Assist with budget, procurement, HR, travel, and reporting.
• Prepare executive-level correspondence and briefing materials.
• Track expenditures and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop and implement improved workflows and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
