VDX Detailing is seeking an Executive Support role to work directly with the President of Marketing & Design, coordinating calendars, meetings, and travel, while assisting with social media, content creation, and admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of common business software such as HubSpot, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the President of Marketing & Design to support daily operations, strategic initiatives, and special projects.
• Maintain executive calendars, schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prioritize competing tasks while ensuring deadlines and commitments are met.
• Assist with social media management, content marketing, video editing, and simple graphic design.
• Create, edit, and organize documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Perform data entry, scanning, filing, shipping, and general office administration.

Executive Support Responsibilities Include:
