Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks an experienced Operations Manager or Chief of Staff to support the AUKUS Integration & Acquisition program office at the Washington Navy Yard, DC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least five years providing administrative support to senior leaders.
• Experience in defense, government, U.S. Navy, or Foreign Military Sales environments is highly preferred.
• Active Department of War (DoW) Secret or higher security clearance is required.
• Proven ability to lead through service and empathy with a collaborative, transparent leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level support, including calendar management, briefings, and data collection.
• Coordinate official correspondence and develop deliverables for senior audiences.
• Track actions and manage deliverables across the organization, ensuring timely completion.
• Plan and support international meetings, handling logistics and minutes.
