Farmington, CT (Hybrid / Remote) MUST BE LOCAL TO FARMINGTON

Location Requirements: Candidates must be able to travel to the Farmington, CT office 1-2 times per month. Candidates within commuting distance of Farmington may work in a hybrid schedule. Mondays and Fridays are remote.

Our client, a highly respected advisory firm, is seeking an Executive Operations Manager to support its Investor Relations leadership team. This unique opportunity blends executive support, business operations, project coordination, and stakeholder management into one highly visible role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and priority alignment.
• Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and executive logistics.
• Organize internal meetings, client meetings, investor meetings, and leadership events.
• Serve as a liaison between executives, clients, investors, and cross-functional teams.
• Track project plans, action items, milestones, and deadlines using Asana.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule by driving follow-up and accountability across stakeholders.
• Support strategic initiatives by coordinating resources, timelines, and communications.
• Prepare executive presentations, reports, and business materials utilizing PowerPoint and Excel.
• Process executive expense reports through Concur.
• Assist with operational planning and special projects for senior leadership.
• Monitor competing priorities and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and outstanding deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting executives, business operations, project coordination, or related functions.
• Proven experience managing complex calendars and travel arrangements for leadership teams.
• Strong project tracking and organizational skills.
• Experience using Asana or similar project management platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working directly with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Investor Relations, Financial Services, Consulting, Professional Services, or Executive Leadership teams.
• Exposure to project management methodologies and project tracking tools.
• Experience coordinating executive presentations, stakeholder communications, and business operations initiatives.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington, CT.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
