AgEagle Aerial Systems Inc. is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the company's operations, manufacturing, and supply chain to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability.

The role collaborates with the CEO, Board, and senior leadership to translate strategy into scalable operational execution. Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in senior management across multi-site operations, preferably in aerospace, drones/UAS, or defense manufacturing, with strong governance and M&A experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive senior management experience with multi-site operations.
• Experience in aerospace, drones/UAS, or defense manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational oversight across manufacturing, supply chain, and related functions.
• Develop scalable operating structures, processes, and systems for growth.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase throughput.
• Mentor leaders, build high-performing teams, and foster accountability.
• Ensure governance, compliance, risk management, and SEC-related oversight.
• Partner with CEO, CFO, and Board on strategic plans and investments.
