Job summary

KenHome Corporation seeks a Chief Operating Officer to run daily operations, project delivery, procurement, safety, and quality. You will own the P&L beneath executive leadership, report to the CEO, and be the internal decision-maker for tactical matters within the horizon.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in institutional or federal construction/related field.
• At least 5 years as Director of Operations, VP Operations, or COO.
• Proven track record of managing $100M+ annual revenue projects.
• Strong ability to improve gross margin and on-time delivery metrics.
• Fluency with construction ERP and data-driven reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating calendar and lead weekly ops reviews.
• Oversee on-time, on-budget delivery across active projects.
• Lead the PM function: hiring, coaching, performance management.
• Oversee procurement and pre-qualification to keep bench depth.
• Chair Safety and Quality committees; own corrective actions system.
• Partner with Finance on bonding, insurance, and working capital decisions.
• Represent KenHome with owners, architects, and prime contractors on major pursuits.
• Drive systems investments—toolchain, ERP, and process with ROI.
• Build succession plans for key operational roles.
