Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading operations and building high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Excellent executive communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute strategic direction of operations across multiple facilities.
• Lead safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and employee engagement.
• Provide executive leadership for Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental.
• Develop leaders and drive accountability with disciplined execution.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Sales to remove barriers.
