Job summary

Hussey Copper is seeking a proven Vice President of Operations to lead manufacturing excellence across Pennsylvania and Kentucky. This executive will shape strategy, build strong teams, and drive safety, quality, and cost performance while delivering sustainable results.

Reporting to the President, you will oversee Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental functions, develop leaders, and translate vision into actionable plans that improve productivity and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading multi-site operations and building high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to translate operational strategy into actionable plans.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Excellent executive communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel between locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction and leadership across multiple facilities.
• Oversee safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
• Develop leaders and staffing plans; manage budgets and resources.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across sites.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
