Responsibilities

• Serve as a key partner in supporting the CEO's client engagement activities, helping manage relationships, coordinate interactions, and drive preparation and follow-through for client meetings, ensuring Emma is fully prepared and positioned to maximize the impact of every client interaction.
• Manage a complex and dynamic executive calendar with strong judgment, business context, and proactive prioritization.
• Prepare the CEO for meetings, presentations, speaking engagements, and critical business opportunities.
