You will implement AI-enabled scheduling, automate workflows, maintain records, and drive continuous improvement across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2–3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in technical environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, and workflow tools like Power Automate.
• Familiarity with expense/travel systems such as Concur.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools and digital productivity solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-impact administrative support to a VP of a global technical organization.
• Lead digital enablement, AI adoption, and automation within administrative workflows.
• Manage dynamic calendars, travel, visas, logistics, and expenses across time zones.
• Plan and execute leadership meetings and events end-to-end with minutes and follow-ups.
• Maintain org charts, distribution lists, records, and professional communications.
• Facilitate onboarding and access management; monitor action logs and delivery risks.
