Granite Edvance in Concord, NH seeks an experienced Executive Operations & Administrative Coordinator to support the executive team with calendar management, travel, communications, and project coordination.
This on-site role reports to the AVP, Executive Operations and Board Liaison, and partners with the President & CEO to preserve records, run meetings, and drive strategic initiatives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, proactive and detail-focused Executive Operations & Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative, operational, and project-based support for our executive team. This role goes beyond traditional executive support - it will also serve as a key coordinator for strategic planning initiatives, project management activities, and other executive-level priorities.
In this position, you'll work directly with executive leadership to support the successful execution of organizational priorities and strategic initiatives. You'll be responsible for managing complex schedules, assisting with communications, coordinating meetings, events, and executive travel, as well as providing administrative and operational support for key projects.
Reporting to the AVP, Executive Operations & Board Liaison, you'll also play a key role in developing and maintaining the systems necessary to centralize management information and support the preservation of corporate records, including by-laws, contracts, meeting minutes etc.
Additionally, this position serves as back‑up administrative support for the President & CEO, and will work closely with our Reception & Guest Services team in support of their day‑to‑day operations.
Our ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting multiple leaders simultaneously, and will possess outstanding interpersonal, organizational and time management skills. A demonstrated proficiency in anticipating the needs of others that includes an ability to use sound judgement across a variety of situations, as well as the capacity to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality are mandatory for success.
This full‑time position will work 100% on‑site at our office in Concord, NH. Availability to work between the hours of 8am and 5pm, with flexibility to work earlier or later as necessary based upon business need is necessary for consideration. Some flexibility in scheduling or for occasional remote work may be considered.
