Qualifications

• Actual operating experience — you have run something meaningful, not simply advised the people who did.
• Strong leadership experience at SVP/EVP level or equivalent.
• Excellent executive presence and credibility with senior leaders.

Responsabilités

• Act as trusted strategic advisor and operating partner to the Chairman & CEO.
• Translate enterprise priorities into actionable initiatives and drive accountability across ELT.
• Prepare the CEO for executive meetings, board engagements, and key strategy sessions.
• Lead high-priority strategic and transformation initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
• Drive alignment across functions and strengthen execution discipline.
