Job summary

Red X Talent seeks an exceptional Chief of Staff / Office of the CEO to partner with the CEO and lead the Executive Office. This trusted role translates the CEO's priorities into action across the company, coordinating strategic initiatives, outcomes, and governance with senior leadership.

The Chief of Staff will oversee scheduling, travel, communication, and cross‑functional projects, manage the Executive Office team across multiple countries, and support international expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Office of the Chairman & CEO.
• Serve as the principal organizational liaison between the CEO and the wider company.
• Ensure the CEO's priorities, decisions, and directives are communicated and executed across the organization.
• Determine which matters require the CEO's attention and which can be delegated.
• Maintain visibility across major company priorities, risks, deadlines, and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare the CEO for meetings, negotiations, and decisions with concise briefings.
