Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Executive Oncology Sales Specialist in Hematology to cover Minneapolis East, MN, including St. Paul, Burnsville, Shakopee, Duluth, and northern Minnesota. This is a field-based role reporting to a District Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting current and new oncology therapeutics.
  • Understand and communicate the clinical efficacy and value of our products, providing clinical support and information as needed.
  • Develop and execute account strategies, prospect new business, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Create tailored pre- and post-call plans to meet objectives.
  • Use marketing tools effectively and employ closing skills to secure sales.
  • Discuss reimbursement options compliantly to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, including overnight and weekends.
  • At least 2 years of successful sales experience in pharmaceuticals, biologics/biotech, or medical devices, or recent military transition.
  • Willingness to meet credentialing requirements and submit to background checks.
  • Reside in or willing to relocate to the territory.
Preferred
  • Experience in specialty sales, especially in Hematology, Multiple Myeloma, or Oncology.
  • Experience with hospital and large account sales, reimbursement issues, and Medicare Part D.
