Job Description

We are searching for the best talent for the role of Executive Oncology Sales Specialist, Hematology, based in Minneapolis East, MN. This territory covers St. Paul, MN, south to Burnsville, MN, and Shakopee, MN, and north to Duluth, MN, and northern Minnesota.

Role Responsibilities
  • Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential new oncology therapeutics.
  • Demonstrate understanding of product efficacy, articulate value propositions, provide clinical support, and achieve sales objectives.
  • Conduct business analysis, prospect for new business, develop account strategies, and identify key accounts.
  • Develop customer-specific call plans, penetrate accounts, and increase sales.
  • Use marketing tools and closing skills to move sales forward.
  • Discuss reimbursement options compliantly to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate sales and close orders to meet sales targets.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnight and weekends.
  • At least two years of successful pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience or recent military transition.
  • Willingness to meet credentialing requirements and submit to background checks.
  • Reside in or willingness to relocate to the territory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in specialty sales, especially in Hematology, Multiple Myeloma, and Oncology markets.
  • Experience with hospital and large account sales, reimbursement issues, and Medicare Part D.

Additional Details
