Qualifications

• MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent advanced degree required (MD strongly preferred).
• Minimum 10 years pharmaceutical or relevant scientific/medical experience, with at least 7 years in oncology clinical development.
• In-depth knowledge of GCP, ICH, FDA, EMA, NICE, and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the clinical strategy, scientific narrative, integrated benefit-risk position, and decision framework across the asset lifecycle.
• Lead or co-lead governance and investment discussions, translating evidence into strategic recommendations.
• Serve as the clinical authority for asset development, ensuring alignment across enterprise teams.
