The position requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with responsibilities spanning device provisioning, software support, and collaboration tools across Windows and macOS ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in help desk or desktop support.
• Strong communication and professionalism in handling executives.
• Experience with Windows 11 and macOS.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and MFA.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical support to employees and leadership.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, accounts, MFA, VPN, Wi-Fi, printers.
• Configure and support Windows and macOS computers.
• Set up and support company-issued devices with Intune.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive).
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Develop and maintain knowledge-base documentation.
