Overview

JST is currently seeking an experiencedExecutive Officer to join our team.

This is a full-time on-site position in Washington, D.C. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the Contractor's executive leadership and is the authorized interface with the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
• Oversees the entire program for HQ Services.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to align the program's objectives with the customer's mission and goals.
• Provide leadership to program staff and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualification & Skills

• Minimum 8 specific years' experience as a Program Manager with a focus on risk management, innovation and quality management systems.
• Masters Degree in related field or 12 years experience.
• PMP certification is required.

Required Clearances and Screenings

• Active Secret clearance is required
• MUST be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check
