• 8+ years of experience as a Program Manager with focus on risk management, innovation and quality management systems.
• Master's Degree in related field or 12 years experience.
• PMP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the Contractor's executive leadership and is the authorized interface with the CO, COR, government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
• Oversees the entire program for HQ Services.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to align the program's objectives with the customer's mission and goals.
• Provide leadership to program staff and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
