Job summary

PwC South Africa seeks an Executive Office Strategic Operations Manager to drive strategic initiatives and coordinate leadership activities. You will support leaders by managing key responsibilities, representing their perspectives in meetings, and anticipating their future needs. This role involves organizing leadership team calls and meetings, overseeing research and data analysis, and promoting consistent execution across sectors. You will collaborate across lines of service to facilitate knowledge sharing and promote technology and tools for sales and delivery. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality outcomes. You are responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths while managing performance to meet expectations. With your growing business acumen, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. Embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same. In this role, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.

What You Must Have

• At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
• At least 4 years of experience

• Preference for a Master of Arts or a Master's of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management,Data Processing/Analytics/Science,Economics,Analytics

Job Posting End Date.

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.

All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
